The nature of year three is that of being in the role as priests. We envision this year as one of walking the path and sharing those activities the staff and other apprentices, learning from each other and acknowledging the work.
Year three also offers apprentices an opportunity to become facilitators at the College. Facilitators need to be able to teach the entire year one and year two programs in accordance with our core mission, philosophy, and purpose. Having digested the teachings, they can then bring their own voice to sharing it with apprentices as faculty of the Druid College.
